The stay offered a cozy environment with clean facilities and authentic decor that made me feel at home. However, having just two toilets for many guests could be a challenge during peak times. Overall, it's great for families looking for a comfortable stay with friendly hosts.

clean shared bathroom, cozy tatami room, accessible by train
Limited bathroom availability could be inconvenient with larger groups!!! I found the wifi frustratingly slow during the evening hours, making it hard to catch up online. More facilities would enhance the experience further!!!

this inn is absolutely mediocre at best. two toilets for so many guests? talk about limited. and having to trek downstairs to brush my teeth was beyond inconvenient! on top of that, when I asked for a complimentary welcome gift, I was met with blank stares. I almost thought I'd give this place a higher rating, but, alas, I just couldn't.

We had a wonderful stay with our large family of 20! Hisayo-san was extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, close to the subway, and the clean, functional facilities made our stay comfortable. Plus, we could rent bikes to explore the area!
My wife wishes there were more bathrooms for our big group.

hisayo's inn is fantastic! hisayo-san is one of the best hosts ever. we had some great conversations over umeshu, and she is super interesting. the property is extremely clean, and the bed in the dormitory was cozy—perfect for winter. it's located right next to the station, making it really convenient, especially for those traveling to haneda airport.
